2022 — Present Since joining TSB I’ve led a tooling migration, managed the Orbital design system and increased its adoption rate from < 40% to 100%, shaped TSB’s UX/UI patterns and design standards, and collaborated with 15+ dev teams across the org to ship new features and improve existing functionality.

Switching tools isn't easy, but here’s how I migrated TSB's design system and files from Sketch to Figma within 4 months, whilst delivering in-flight projects. Onboarded 300+ employees, across 18 teams including key roles like developers, product owners, business analysts and designers.
